Ronni Marquez, author of "Choices," was born in Chicago. raised in Cicero, AND CURRENT OAK LAWN, Illinois RESIDENT. Inspired by his experiences as a father and partner, he created a story that helps children understand the importance of making good decisions. Alongside his supportive partner, Yessica Orozco, Ronni visits schools to perform engaging animated reading shows for young students. His two children, Maven—a 16-year-old honor roll student and varsity soccer player—and Juliette—an imaginative 8-year-old and straight-A student—helped create illustrations and ideas for "choices"—both played a role in inspiring and contributing to this book. Through "Choices," Ronni hopes to share meaningful lessons with children and families, striving each day to make a positive difference in someone’s life.
